Personalization Errors
- Our Responsibility: If there is an error in the personalization of the greeting card that is clearly attributable to us (such as incorrect design, or alignment issues), we will replace the gift card at no additional cost. Please report such errors within 14 days of receipt for us to address the issue promptly.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are encouraged to verify all personalization details (such as names, messages, and design choices) before placing their order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer, including incorrect spelling, incorrect information, or the selection of an unintended design.
